I write this with great concern.
We have been selling on Amazon for 4 years, with a % of positive feedback from our customers between 95 and 97%, indicating that we are doing things well.
Yesterday we woke up with more than 25 brands that we are selling gated and they need the approval to be able to sell. Brands that we have been selling for years.
We have no problems with applying and letting Amazon do the necessary verifications, but when we apply, a bot, in less than 10 seconds, is rejecting the application.
We asked for a review from a person; in a few cases, it worked, and they verified that everything was fine; in the majority, it does not work, even though the same invoices from the same suppliers, some with Letter of authorization from the brand indicating that our supplier is official, even with the invoice from the same brand manufacturer it is not relevant.
Meanwhile, our competition is still selling in the listings, even some of them with less % of positive feedback, and less time selling on Amazon than us.
We hope this is not a personal attack against our company and against the hard-working migrants who contribute to Amazon and provide jobs in this country.
We hope someone from Amazon with good intentions contacts us and helps us solve and clarify this situation.
