Need help with GCC Certificate Rejection
Good morning, I initially received an approval and then a quick reply stating to disregard, and then a reply stating that my GCC document is missing required information.
• Citation to each CPSC children’s product safety rule to which this product is being certified ANSI/UL 4200A.
However, I have the following listed on my GCC so I'm not sure what is missing.
2. Citation to each CPSC product safety regulation to which this product is being certified:
16 CFR § 1263.3 – Consumer products containing button cell or coin batteries
Do I need to add more information? If so, what? Can someone please help? My case number is 15276019731
