Inactive account - contacting amazon?

Hi, my account is inactive as I believe that it somehow got set to a business account instead of an individual selling account and the charges haven't been paid. I can't seem to contact amazon to find out the charges before updating the payment method and to find out why it was changed to a business account. Can anyone advise? Thank you.

Amazon wont have changed it - youll have inadvertenly signed up to the paid business PLAN instead of an individual one - happens all the time. Youll need to update your payment method - Amazon will charge you - then once account is validated you can ask for a refund. No other way forward. The details between the 2 selling PLANS is on Amazons info page.

NOTE - There is the selling PLAN (can be monthly charge or PAYG) and the ACCOUNT type. You need the business ACCOUNT unless you are just selling second hand goos on Amazon.
