Amazon Seller Account Status Invalid
Hi All
I am a new seller. My account status is invalid and has been for 4 weeks now since my account was re-activated (i had an initial problem) and I have had no contact from seller support what-so-ever despite several emails I have sent to them.
Is this normal?
Will this eventually get sorted based on others experience?
Will this affect my ability to list and sell items as my first product is about to land in early May!?

What part of your account is saying invalid ?
You would need to post the email you received stating why your account is invalid, for anyone to be able to help.

There isn’t always a solution, or a way around things.
Sometimes the answer is unfortunately just ‘No’
You don’t get infinite tries to provide what they ask for, if they have any doubt about anything financial they’re legally obligated to reject you.

I have utility bill & birth certificate for uploading during vat registration but the address on birth certificate does not match company address, does hmrc can accept it?
