Suspected Intellectual Property Violations Account Deactivated
Hello,
So our seller account got suspended 4 days ago due Suspected Intellectual Property Violations
We have emailed SS POA 4 days ago and no response yet
We have our own brand registered in UK and have been selling for 2+ Years, never had a problem
The removed listings were also under our brand name and compatible for Apple Watches
These were not counterfiet goods and not sold as Apple’s product, they were just compatible for Apple
The main issue is SS is not responding from 4 Days
Anyone else experiencing this?
thanks

When you received the complaints, did you try to edit the listings or just ignored those violations?
I have seen multiple sellers suspended for the same reasons, though SS claims as it should not affect the seller if required measures have been taken (listings edit or removal)

Well that is why it happened then. Whenever Amazon sends any notifications regarding account health - action needs to be taken, otherwise Amazon sees you as ignoring the issue and accepting the violations.
In your case now, as the account has been suspended already, good POA needs to be provided addressing the violations. It needs to sent to notice-dispute@amazon.co.uk, not directly to Seller Support.
It can take up to few weeks to get a reply, so be patient.
Hope you can solve it. Good Luck

Unfortunately, you should have taken action immediately after receiving any Suspected Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Complaints instead of letting them to pile up on your Account Health Dashboard.
These can definitely affect your account.
Since you already appealed, I would advise you to patiently wait for a response if you submitted all requested information and don’t send them any additional communication.
The response times can be anything from a few minutes to weeks. There is no way how to speed up the process and every submitted contact will be counted as a separate appeal and only decrease your chances of a successful reinstatement.

Will deleting the asins from inventory be sufficient? I have 12 suspected violations which I cannot edit as they were created by Amazon.
Moreover they are used items and items no longer in my inventory sold a few years back so have no possibility of providing invoices.
