I have just been deactivated as they say

the problem is i have been on here for over 10 year i have not been asked recently to submit any documentation and everything in my account shows verified and account health is healthy.
so i have been told i will not get any funds but still have to dispatch all of todays orders and my funds are now on hold and will not be paid.

Are you sure that both your charge method and bank info is verified. We tend to have to reverify every so often - I had to reverify during this past year.

All i get from health team is the same generic email no explanation can some one tag moderators so maybe they can help
