I just wanted to ask a quick question regarding fulfilling an FBM order.

I've recently switched from FBA to FBM and got my first order tonight, I noticed on the order page there is a button that says upload an invoice. Can I just ask do you have to upload an invoice for each order or is just if the customer asks for one or if its a a business customer?

I just wanted to check has I didn't want it to effect my metrics.

Just generally wondering what's peoples opinions on sales at the moment as FBM sellers? I switched from FBA to FBM in December due to the GPSR regulations and have found that sales have been quiet, I currently only sell second books but looking to move on to selling different things and was just wondering if FBM still got a fair share of sales? I just assumed that it was maybe books that were quiet at the moment.

Hi all

We have both FBA & FBM offers on our SKUs. However, our FBM offers seem to be taking precedent with buy box. The FBA inventory is at the warehouse and lead times are standard. Any reason why that would be?

We do have Subscribe & Save on our FBM SKUs but not FBA. Could this be the reason why?
