Tracking Product Level Reviews
How does everyone monitor their product reviews? We have more than 600 ASINS so it’s tough to keep track of the average star ratings one a one-by-one basis, but I can’t see anything in Seller Central that lets me report on the feedback of each ASIN.
Obviously we can use VoC but that doesn’t have any export functions and doesn’t let us grasp any problems until after the system has already flagged a problem.

No way of tracking product reviews except to look at each product detail page

This can only be done with 3rd party software such as Bindwise, which will notify you of any Product Detail Page changes. There are many product review monitoring tools, but I am wary in recommending any 3rd party software as they need to be fully compliant with Amazon policies and guidelines, otherwise you risk account deactivation.
Also the ability to respond and comment on customer product reviews has recently been removed, which makes the notifications less of a priority than before.
