16 of my listings removed by Amazon
Hello to you all
I sell in the jewellery category and the vast majority of my items don’t have metal in them. A few months ago I started getting product compliance requests with regards to REACH conformity. 99% of my listings I was able to select that the REACH conformity didn’t apply to that listings and after a day or 2 the requests were clearing down as they passed because they were not required to have this REACH certificate as the items didn’t include metals.
This morning I wake up to an email to say 16 of my listings have been removed. On the suppressed listings page I see them under the heading “detail page removed” and next to each listing “This detail page was removed for potential policy violations. Please visit the account health dashboard for more information.” Then, when I click the Fix button it takes me to my Product Policy Compliance page and there is nothing there. I have zero product policy violations.
WHAT IS GOING ON!?

Hi Spirit Connexions,
Something similar happened to PP.(see below)
In your case it looks like the brand “Luna Flower” has been removed?

I am having similar issues. Over the last few months I have been submitting REACH conformance documents in my Product Policy Compliance page - 99% are approved as I sell mostly glass.
Now, however, Amazon are removing my listings without giving me a chance to upload documents.
When I go to my Product Policy Compliance page there is nothing there - zero documents required.
When I raise cases with SS I end up going round and round as they tell me the listing is not active/has been discontinued and I need to resist it before providing documents!
I’ve wasted so much time recently.
Anyone got a solution to this please as they are removing my glass products that similar items have previously been approved?

Today has seen 56 more of my ASIN’s removed. This is a total effing joke!
I am done on Amazon. The whole platform is a total and utter mess!!! FURIOUS!!

Folks,
Just a reminder to always check inventories that may still exist for active or inactive EU sites which can still affect your UK ASIN’s. As well as health dashboard, messages and notifications.
Hope this helps

149 ASIN’s removed on my account now. I’ve opened a support convo with Amazon and they are looking in to it. They originally asked for all kinds of documents (not REACH) and wanted pictures of things. I’ve been approved a long time ago to sell in this category. All of my jewellery items are under my own brand and I make them to order. I am the manufacturer basically. I am waiting for their response. Already resigned to the fact I am done selling on here as its just far too much hassle and stress. It’s playing with my anxiety levels far too much now. Finished.

Another bunch of my listings removed. By the end of this week I predict them to all be gone. I’ve got a support convo open and I’ve told Amazon I will be closing my account because their misguided robot is running riot and removing everything.
I wonder if this is affecting any sellers who are selling jewellery in the Handmade category? I don’t see any evidence of that. Utter madness.
I’ve been pushing my items back on to ebay and already getting good sales there.

Amazon have updated my case and said they will be reinstating the ASIN which I opened the case against. So I have re-opened that same case, which Amazon automatically closed, asking after the other 157 ASIN’s which were incorrectly removed by Amazon. No words left. I suppose I am expected to open a case against each ASIN!!

I’ve been told by support that I do have to open a report against each of the 157 ASIN’s which have been removed. I can report up to 5 ASIN’s per report.
I really didn’t need this extra work and only to undo something which Amazon screwed up on. Whats to say that my ASIN’s wont just get knocked on the head again a day later.
I think I’ll go on holiday instead.

Sent Amazon a certificate of REACH conformity as requested, they now come back with:-
Hello, from Amazon Selling Partner Support.
In order to proceed by reinstating your ASIN, we need from you the complete following:
-Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
-
Images of the product and packaging from all sides - hazard pictograms and hazard statements must be clearly visible.
-
If the product is a biocide, a National/European Authorization Number must be visible.
-Instructions for use.
-Answers to the Product Safety Questionnaire that was sent to the seller.
-Product information, including brand name, model number, manufacturer name, and address.
-Age group of intended users.
-Approximation of how long the brand has existed.
-Approximation of how long the product model has existed.
Frankly, what is the point ?

They are certainly making this impossible for us.
The ASIN which they had reinstated just yesterday, has been struck off again this morning.
Goodbye Amazon.
