I had listed a product about a year ago in Mattresses category and suddenly amazon changed it's category on its own affecting all the sales.

How could amazon do that ? And how can I correct this?

After reverting back to my main category would I loose further sales as this would affect my BSR?

Am I gonna loose reviews and ratings as well?

So many Questions if someone can help and guide ma a complete process without affecting my BSR and Sales please?
