Hi,

I have had 1 of my ASINs go inactive which is gardening tool that I have been selling for 2 years now successfully. I am losing £1000's in sales since the ASINs became inactive. Amazon has said that I must request approval to sell this product which is obviously false as it is a gardening tool (see image attached).

I have escalated am yet to escalate the case to the Managing Directors office or the Executive Escalation Department. I would prefer to tackle this issue via the seller forums as that worked successfully for me in the past with other ASINs.

I have already attempted to delete and relist the ASIN which hasn't worked and I have been back and fourth with seller support many times with no success.

This seems to be a common problem whereby an inactive account cannot request help as it sends you back to the "Your account is inactive" homepage. I need to access my account for the purposes of submitting a tax return. Can you please help me?

Subscribers disappeared and the asin was made inactive , after 2 3 months without stock, we have another asin in same situation, but that one is active, is there any way that we can make that asin active and recover the subscribers?. We had around 200. In this moment the asin shows inactive, we talked to support and they said that amazon can remove in any moment any asin from subscribe and save, the question why the other asin wasn't t removed.

Every advised is welcomed.
