Can someone please clarify or direct me to the section that sets the rules on shipping to B2B customers in the EU from the UK.

I believed we had to ship DDP, but I saw an article which stated DDP or DAP (DDU)

I'm UK based and use FBA to sell to UK and the EU countries that Amazon ship UK FBA stock to: Italy, Germany etc. I'm currently being bombarded by emails and phone calls telling me of GPSR changes in December and I'm really confused by the 'EU Responsible Person' requirement. Can this be someone based in the UK or do they have to be EU based and if so do I need one in each country that I ship to? If it has to be an EU based person I'm probably going to have to stop shipping to EU which would be a blow as I'm based only in the UK.

I am keen to sell in the EU but do not want to be going through the hassle of registering for VAT in these countries.

I believe there is an Amazon program for this.

Can anyone point me in the direction of this please?
