Food and Product Safety Violation

Hello.

I received Food and Product Safety violations for 5 ASINs in my account health. The response given is as follows:

****

Dear Selling Partner,

Currently the product you want to sell does not raise Product Safety concerns.

Our team approved the submitted ASIN.

Additionally, this ASIN is a subject of another issue. In order to access further assistance on the matter, please direct your query to [Vendor/Seller] Support.

Kindly open a separate case through the Contact Us option in [Vendor/Seller] Central.

We appreciate your cooperation.

Thank you for selling with Amazon.

****

I opened a case as per the answer provided but was told to wait or use the "Call me now" function on the Account Health page. I have never had such a problem with these apparel products which we have sold for years. I do not want my listings to be deactivated. I do not understand exactly what is being asked. (Case ID 17129095381 and 17136715031)

We got hit with 900 policy violations for Food and Product Safety yesterday 2/4/25, which has never happend in our many years on Amazon. All of the violations are hoodies that have designs with 'Baby' in the title such as 'Santa Baby'.

I believe the bots think that we are selling baby products with hoodie strings.

We have appealed a few hundred to say that they are unisex adult garments and were mistakenly flagged, but have been told we need to submit the appropriate compliance documentation or the products will be removed from Amazon.

Any resolution? Same thing going with us. Adult hoodies flagged for child safety (drawstings). Amazon health and customer service are the usual endless cycle of uselessness. Pretty telling that no moderators chime in on these matters.
