Can Amazon reopen an inactive shipment plan?
I have a shipment plan of 1000 units.
So far, I have received 500/1000 units a while ago, and the shipment plan became inactivate.
The remaining 500 units are coming in soon - as I shipped them much later.
My shipping agent has requested the shipment plan to be reactivated, so there is a valid "reference ID" for him to book the shipment.

Does anyone know the process of reactivating an inactive shipping plan?
