50% Sales Drop Since 1st Oct
Hi All
Know it is only a small period of 7 days but we are experiencing a huge sales drop of approx. 50%, we are pretty much all FBA.
This is what we would say is our peak time but the last 7 days have been the worst of the year and totally out of character with the previous weeks.
The whole year has tracked pretty much as it should do but the last 7 days has just dropped completely.
Can see sessions have dropped by 45% over that period from the data on reports but no idea why as nothing has changed.
Any ideas or help would really be appreciated

Mine has had weird patterns also, I am not a big seller, average 5-8 orders a day, but in the past two weeks it has been feast or famine for me on different days. I have had two days with 1 sale and one day with no sales at all (first time in my two years), then I have had other days with 15+ sales, all in the past two weeks.
It's not necessarily dropped too much overall, It's just been odd patterns and you start to think is something wrong with my account etc..
It was slow yesterday (1 sale), hoping for a pick up soon.

Yes, same here. Sales have just dropped by 80%. Some days there are no sales at all. Very odd ,I sell from £8.50 to £80 so everything affected.
No idea why. Something has changed. Running ads. but they are not helping. What on earth has happened?

Yes mine are down too when usually christmas spending has started. Not sure why....

yes sales have been abysmal sept and Oct. We are down over 40%. Like crazy fool been going back and forth looking at our metrics and nothing major has happened or gone wrong yet the sales have just tanked. We did 250 order per day we are lucky if we touch 130 now. And we are at peak season now Oct Nov sales are very good usually. What is happening?
