Seller-Verification-enquiry NIGHTMARE

Hello everyone. I`m angry and dissapointed as verification team keep on rejecting my SA800 2019 as proof of address to reinstate my account saying - we dont accept screenshots.
Document scanned and sent over as an PDF attachment.
They also say it doesnt match my seller central details.
Amazon user tab always was a mess and trying to sort simple thing requires nerver of steel.
Help !!! PLEASE

I assume it does precisely match those details? (It sometimes helps to get someone else to check this, as with all proof reading.)

It may be that they don’t accept screenshots because they are so easily tampered with but scans and attachments are just as easily tampered with. I seem to remember they accepted raw photographs of our bank statement.

Amazon never accepted screenshots for account verification purposes. Scanning documents isn’t a good idea either.

You are expected to take photos using your phone and then include them as an attachment.

Hi,
Seller central shows you as GB in your business address details.
Check to see if your documentation is showing as UK or even showing anything at all.
