We dispatch all our items by EVRi or DPD depending on the weight of the parcels. When our parcels are dispatched we always use the add tracking number and the customers get email their tracking number.

Imagine my surprise to get a warning that my VTR has dropped below 95%.

I have checked the report and Amazon appear to have dropped a tracking reference on all the orders I have also spent 45 minutes checking all the parcels have been delivered all of them was delivered on the promised delivery date expect 3 where the customers was not in to receive the parcels these was delivered the day after

Can one of the moderators please confirm why Amazon has done this as we have not changed anything all items have been confirmed as shipped on the shipping date and then also they have been delivered on the promised delivery date.
