Has anyone else had issues with Case Logs being deleted with Reply from Amazon?
Pretty much as the headline says, I opened a case log about a recurring issue, and to my surprise when I checked my case logs, it's totally disappeared from the system, and there is no history of that case anymore, no idea how a case can be deleted and I receive no reply on it either - has anyone else found this to happen to them? It concerns me a lot that reaching out to Seller Support can simply be deleted and ignored

Yes many times, we had to get them reopened and then check the case log every day before the five day expiry period when they automatically close. Normally these cases are ones which they cant answer, We escalated one that kept opening and then closing to the MD email and after 7 months it was resolved.
