Change to creative requirement in Campaign Manager

"Change to creative requirement" alert showing on Campaign Manager, but I can't get to the area it say's to go to.

I'm trying to edit/look into the Custom Image on our ads, but after following the help, I can't get to the part where it says:

5. In the Ads column, click Manage Creative under your ad.

6. In the Creative card, click Edit creative.

7. Click Custom image > Add image.

I can't even do step 5, as there is nothing that shows as Manage Creative.

What am I missing?
