What is Product GL and how to change it?
I received a note from amazon that I need to:
" Please work with Seller Support to change the GL for your ASIN"
However when I call Amazon Seller Support they have no idea what is GL and how to change it. I spoke with 2 Amazon Seller support associates. Before calling third time, I decided to come here for help… Anyone?
Well, I know it could sound funny and can tell you a lot how amazon operates, nevetheless, still - anyone knows what is GL and how to change it?

I had a "GL" problem. The GL is "General Ledger" , and is a sub category that is not editable. It does show up as a column header as "Product-Group" on the "FEE PREVIEW" report.Some of our products got labeled as "Books" which they are not, and books cannot have A+ content or be advertised. They solved it!
Following is the reply from Amazon Help:

From your e-mail, we do understand that your concern is regarding that all of your journal are correctly categorized as Office Product, however the 4 ASINs: B009YIZNUG, B009YJNMD0, B073V1LPBK, B009YJLBNS are categorized as Books hence you're unable to create A+ content for these listings. Also, you would like to update the GL category of these mentioned listings.
We understand your concern and please know that we are here to support you and address any concerns you may have.
I’m happy to tell you that we’ve updated the GL category on ASINs, per your request.
The changes will be reflected within 24 to 48 hours.
