Large number of listings are de-activated due to trademark misuse, however we're fully brand approved for the trademarks
We have been fully authorised as a brand partner, and are building the brand store and A+ listings content for the brand, however when listing items under this brand they are instantly deactivated and in spite of a number of cases to get help reactivating and providing a written letter of authority we are still unable to launch this brands products.
This is for a large well known brand and similar items which are clear IP violations from other sellers are currently featuring multiple times in this category's top 50. We have tried working with support through cases but this is a high profile brand and I think we would benefit from support from a team that can help us work through the intricacies of the problem.

Please can I ask for the kind assistance from a specialised team so that we can ensure the re-activation of thhe suspended listings, but also to prevent future new catalogue additions from also being suspended?

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am happy to assist wherever I am able.
The ASINs listed in case ID 12034453912 are all active and it appears case ID 11733504262 is a receiving question not a brand authorised reseller case.
I did look a bit deeper as I do not see ANY Account Health Violations (Which is where IP violations would appear), but I see 2 Performance Notifications from yesterday (2/1) with ASINs that do appear to still be active.
I do see that you are listed as an Authorized Reseller for this brand in Amazon Brand Registry (Which is great), so I am curious if you had received any Account Health violations, but responded to them already providing your LOA and therefore those violations have now been removed.
I would like to help wherever I can avoid this type of disruption for you in the future.
