Excessive Refunds in August

Hi is anyone else seeing large refunds go through, I have had 29 in August and no information as to why and I am unable to send message to the customers to find out as Amazon block it.

Most of the items I have sold are also sold on other sales channels and I have not had 1 single return. These items can be put through a letterbox so no idea what is going on. Anyone else have a similar issue?
