Payment not clearing
Has anybody realized that payment for some FBA orders are not clearing?
Usually max 1 hour after the order gets shipped, the money should be available, now some orders are not cleared yet after many hours.
Anyone else the same problem?

Yes, same problem here with a batch of 20 orders overnight.
When I first checked my payment account I thought that sales had collapsed!
How many affected orders do you have?

I have a lot that were delivered 4 Feb as well as today that have are not showing.

same here, at least 5 FBA orders I have not received payment for, maybe more. Getting very pi**ed off with amazon. seller support seem unable to understand 'I have not been paid for my FBA orders', and asked me if I can clarify the issue! Their incompetence is going to new levels.

I'm on a chat with "seller support" right now.
The guy's trying to tell me that I need to wait 72 hours for the payments. No explanation given as to why for just these 20 orders and that earlier and later orders have had payments made without any issues.
It's nonsense anyway - why would they withold payments for orders that Amazon have shipped themselves?

Well that's an hour of my life I won't get back.
Absolutely useless, being transferred around "specialist teams". To be told nothing.
They have no idea why these payments have not been made and seem to be just hoping that the situation will resolve itself somehow.

Try and check between 17-00 4th Feb to 06-00 5th Feb this is the dispatch date not order date.
We have found that all orders in those times are not showing on the payment transactions at all.
There may be other times as well and are currently checking back 2/3rd Feb.

That's the same times as my payments were affected. All FBA, but that may just because we didn't mark any FBM as despatched between those hours.
I've been back as far as 31 Jan and the only other one I can find was a refund that they don't seem to have made. Interestingly with this one, when I try and look at the original order via "Manage Orders" I get an error with no trace of the original sale anywhere.

Well at least the times match I can only assume it is an Amazon wide issue yet not many sellers have picked up on it

I’ve also noticed for the past 3 days my balance has pretty much remained same and I’m not been paid for the FBA orders

I've just come in to work and checked what's happened on my payment account. Payments for all 20 orders are still missing.

No nothing at all just cases getting ignored and not a lot else.
Believe the main issue was between the dates & times posted but think there are others as well.
I believe there is now over £2000 in sales missing !

Can someone tell me the process for finding out if this has happened on my account?
Sales have been erratic to say the least over the last few days & I'm wondering if it is this issue.
