Amazon Europe Requirements
Hello, we are a UK registered company and we’re selling on Amazon UK without VAT FBA. Now I am planning to sell on Amazon Europe marketplaces, My Question is: Do I need to be a VAT registered to sell on Amazon Europe? If yes, then do I need to register VAT only in UK or in every single European country to sell on Amazon Europe as an FBA seller.

It depends
If you want to store your stock in EU countries - pan eu, you’ll need to register for vat in each country you store stock
Alternatively you can sell to eu countries from your UK stock via export or EFN
For export, the buyers would have to look on amazon UK site
For EFN, the listings would be on eu sites - the efn fees though are higher than standard fba fees
You’ll also need to register for EPR if you want to sell in France and Germany
