Ungating Issues With Seller Support

Having issues with getting ungated on every single brand that requires a invoice,

Becoming a bit of a joke considering you provide exactly whats required then its rejected for a completely unrelated reason

Emails to MD dont get anywhere past the "Will respond with 24 hours" automatic response

Getting to a point where its impossible to sell on this platform

This isnt a one off issue either having it accross multiple brands with invoices from different suppliers

Something seriously needs to be done by Amazon.

having the exact same issue, no matter what invoices I provide following all amazons criteria I still get rejected!

Yes, I agree with this. I have used invoices directly from the brand that have been denied. Its not on and makes selling on amazon tough and can ruin supplier relationships.

I am having same issue

It's impossible now to ungate with the invoice direct from the retailer

Totally agree and have the same issue.

Not sure how they can ask for certain criteria, you provide it, then they still say 'no'. Yet same supplier invoice is acceptable for a different brand.

No consistency, no clear communication and no reasons as to why.

It does not feel like Amazon are working 'with' us resellers even though we probably support a high percentage of their revenue

I’m having the exact same issue.

I’ve submitted multiple invoices across different brands and suppliers, all fully compliant, and they’re still being rejected for reasons that make no sense. It’s getting beyond frustrating at this point.

I’ve also tried reaching out via email and just get the standard “we’ll respond in 24 hours” message with no actual follow-up.

It’s making it extremely difficult to operate on the platform when you’re doing everything correctly but still can’t get approved. Definitely agree that something needs to change.

You can purchase stock from an authorised distributor, submit everything as required, and still get denied. Then you try a second authorised distributor, spend even more money, and get denied again. After that, you go directly to the manufacturer of the actual product, meet every single requirement, and you still get rejected.

Meanwhile, this process isn’t cheap. Sellers can easily spend £300 or more just to take a chance at being approved, only for the application to fail anyway. Something seriously needs to change, because at this point it feels almost impossible for new sellers to get ungated in certain brands no matter what rules they follow.

Have the same issue, have been caught with my pants down lately where I've bought whole pallets worth of stock that I have been approved for - only to be regated and have my invoices rejected. Wth Amazon?!
