Is anybody else having trouble with the Seller Support “Request Call” option?
When I request a call I get a call from 08000318694 and it rings indefinitely.
Eventually get an automated message “Sorry we can’t find an eligible agent at the moment. Please call again. Good Bye!”
And the call is ended.
I have not been able to get a call back from Amazon for several months now.
