Selling books with notes written on some pages

There are condition guidelines which apply for all products, regardless of your fulfillment method.

You could lists these books under the following conditions:
- Good: a copy that has been read but remains in clean condition. All pages are intact and the cover is intact (including the dust cover, if applicable). The spine may show signs of wear. Pages can include limited notes and highlighting, and the copy can include “From the library of” labels. Books may have any accompanying access codes for additional or replacement content missing or redeemed.
- Acceptable: a readable copy. All pages and the cover are intact (the dust cover may be missing). Pages can include considerable notes – in pen or highlighter – but notes cannot obscure the text. Books may have any accompanying access codes for additional or replacement content missing or redeemed.

They can sell but make sure you detail the faults and grade accordingly. ‘Good’ at best, ‘Acceptable’ for heavy highlighting/notes.
Books with text that is obscured by notes or highlighting shouldn’t be listed at all, in my view.
The book market on Amazon is highly competitive and the majority of popular titles are seldom worth listing if in less than VG condition.
A lot of (mostly bigger) sellers grade books incorrectly, and this is generally reflected in negative feedbacks.
Big sellers can absorb lots of negs but small sellers can’t afford to take the hit on their metrics.

Just state book in xyz condition but there are some notes written on… or like i find with some books have a name or message written on inside cover.
