I think if the american account is deactivated, then the europe accounts can't be deactivated too, because the marketplaces (accounts) aren't in the same capital. Right? But in this case if I have registered globaly, which I haven't, but amazon said that they automatically merge my account with others, they should also deactivate all my accounts and marketplaces. I think this is the case. I went to the US marketplace and there I've had 2 actions (that my account was deactivated and that I had to fill a certificate or something. I forgot), so I've just filled it, and the action was gone. So can I appeal it now on the German or American account? Or can I even appeal it now? Because I've just got one action on all of my marketplaces (that my account is deactivated), and not any other.

I have had my account deactivated since yesterday.

"Your Amazon.de selling partner account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement"

This is a product that was uploaded with others over a year ago, we never had it in stock. The only answer I got was that I have to prove that I did not violate the rules.

Deactivating an account in the current period is quite devastating, because of a product that was not even really on offer. No one has heard from me for 48 hours and is not responding to my request for what to do to fix the situation.

Do you have any information for me on how to proceed?

On my account, there ia an option to assign many accounts in different EU countries, such as Italy, France, Uk, etc,..

I do not need so many accounts in each European country. I am a resident of my country and use only my account in Germany. Please, let us work without those requirements to add more than 6 accounts in different countries, because I DO NOT HAVE other accounts !!
