Inform Act - Invalid Business Address
Hi, We have completed all steps of the Inform Act apart from the business address verification. We have attempted to enter our address twice but both times it says "Invalid Address" in red letters next to our address so it will not send the postcard to us.
We are using the exact address as shown on our business documents and also registered in our account.
I contacted Seller Support about 10 days ago and they told me that somebody would get back to me but I haven't heard anything since and now I'm struggling to get a helpful reply.
Does anyone know the reasons why the system would say that an address is Invalid or has anybody else had this problem? It says that we only have 1 attempt left so I really don't want to put the address in again.
The helpful person that I spoke to about 10 days ago did mention something about a known technical error so maybe somebody has more information on that?

To start off, would you mind sharing the case # that you mention above that you have opened with Seller Support? I'd love to start there and read through the issue and the correspondence that has been provided there.
Next, are you in Ukraine by chance? We are seeing 'invalid address' pop up for Ukrainian addresses due to the fact UPS is not currently delivering. This is a known issue and the internal team is aware and taking this into consideration.
