Amazon Stores/Brand issues

I wonder can anyone help me at all? I am at my wits end and literally burst into tears this morning.

We have had a Brand registered with Amazon its called Pink Bee and a store which is Pink Bee Parties;

Last week we tried to do a bit of work on it and could not access the store through our store builder. I contacted seller support who advised there is an issue with the Brand. Whats more when we now upload an inventory file we now have 2 x brand options Pink Bee and PinkBee.

I was told to contact Brand registry which I did and they said I have an issue with my Brand and to contact Brand Registry to get the Brand Registered properly.

I contacted Brand Registry again to advise and the said I have an issue with my Brand and to contact Brand Registry to get the Brand Registered properly.

I went through the same procedure multiple times, I have contacted Store Registry who said it is a Brand issue and to contact Brand Registry to tell them.

I then contacted Brand Regitry several more times just to completely make myself feel like I was going mad, each time to be told contact Brand Registry.

I have contacted them through seller support, through the stores support, through a link that the store support sent and quite frankly I can not figure out what else to do.

I am devastated, I just want my store re-connected and ready for my peak season.

Can anybody help me?

Well the obvious questions.
What is the actual brand registered as?
And do you have listings that have Pink Bee and PinkBee?

Brand registry is quite strict on the brand name that you use for the listings, it must match exactly.

Thank you everyone however I have already done everything advised - sent over a pdf doc from IPO which shows my trademark information. They seem to have now gone cold, before they were replying within the hour however I still do not have a reply from yesterday lunch time so hopefully it is a good sign. I would guess there are around 30 messages to read through all saying pretty much the same thing.

@ Neil - how do I escalate the issue to the MDs team if they come back with the same answer again?

Journey so far - Seller central help, store help, brand registry help, forum moderator help, escalation to MD in the vain hope that someone can grant me access to the store that I built under my registered trademark and the answer I got was… drumroll… Go to Seller Support… ta da! Back to step 1!!!

Please, please - Anyone, Can anybody help me? I can not afford to delete the account and start again nor can I really justify spending much more time on this, I spent the whole of December going back and forth trying to fix this when as my quietest month I should have been prepping for my busy January :frowning:

Its been over a month now - still no resolution. My peak weeks have been and gone with no extra boost from the store.

I bet Amazon will not be crediting me at all even though it was Amazon who disrupted my account in the first place :cry:

So upset.
