Age Verification Delivery

Amazon is currently giving me account health warning on products saying they require age verification but no other seller on Amazon selling these products has them as age verified delivery. I do not believe they require age verification on delivery as it is a garden hand trowel and fork. Has anyone experienced this problem and no of a solution to fix it?
