Netherlands Ecommerce Company for Amazon PAN EU or Amazon Fulfillment Centers

Hi everyone!

I have an ecommerce company in Netherlands that sell apparel online to most European counties and the UK. I've been looking everyone for a fulfillment center and I thought about amazon fulfillment centers but I'm confused on how it works. I know there are 2 types of warehouse fulfillment centers: Pan-European FBA and Amazon EFN. For my understanding the Amazon EFN stores your inventory in one country while Pan-EU stores your inventory all over Germany, France, Italy Spain and Poland. My company is registered in the Netherlands with a VAT number from there. I read that a VAT number is required from Germany, France, Italy Spain and Poland; however only 1 VAT is needed because of the COS program. But when I spoke with my accountant in The Netherlands about this he said that my company was registered was OSS I should be able to settle all VAT that occurs in EU countries. There is where I'm confused, am I still able to use Pan-European FBA if I only have a Dutch VAT? Does anyone have a Dutch company using amazon fulfillment centers If so, what did you do to solve this?
