Weekend issues with Click & Drop importing orders from Amazon?

Has anyone noticed any issues this last couple weeks with automatic importing of orders from Amazon to RM Click & Drop? Very very slow for us, like only one batch is being sent every few hours? Doesn't seem to be on RM's end as Shopify is importing as normal?

We have noticed the same problem, two Fridays in a row, seems to be any orders from about lunchtime onwards do not import into C&D. We rang C&D and they informed us there was a small glitch in their system and going forward to hope to have it resolved, as ours wasn't the only phonecall they received about the problem. Hope this helps.

Hello @Seller_b1uMRg2cAnaOX,

Here are a few steps you can try:

  • Disconnect and reconnect your Amazon store integration in Click & Drop (Settings > Integrations)
  • Check for special characters or emojis in your product names/bundles, as these are not supported and can cause import issues
  • Verify your integration hasn't been auto-disabled — Royal Mail disables Amazon integrations that haven't processed orders within 30 days
  • Contact Royal Mail Click & Drop support directly to report the batching delay, as they can check the API connection health on their end

Have you already contacted seller support regarding this situation? If yes, please share your latest case ID so we can look into it further.
