I'm trying to add my offer of a product sold on Amazon by several other sellers. However I only get error message 5885. I have contacted seller "support", but as per normal the support element seems missing. They have told me to update the details of the product, but I'm obviously not able to do that because I get the error message. I hope they would try these things themselves and not just send generic messages without any understanding of the problem.

listing which should be available - is BLOCKED

sellers don't sell generic products in this listings, they sell branded products and pretend they not

, not using brand in product title,Idon't know what EAN they useto list such offer

is it possible to avoid this trouble and add my items to such listings?

Ive been selling on Amazon for around 6 months and I'm doing really well with just single product listings but I cant seem to work out how to make a parent product.

Also having constant issues with a generics error on a brand that I stock I have the products in stock and have applied to sell which has been approved but every time I add the EAN and click to list it I get the generics error code. Ive asked Amazon for help which is no use.

Ive now spent Hours, days and weeks adding products that seem to disappear into thin air and contantly getting error codes im pulling my hair out!!

can anyone please help someone that doesn't know what they are doing!!
