I’ve been opening a new case with Seller Support every 4 weeks for the past year, asking why my funds aren’t being released. My account has a reserve of $18,000 that’s been held for an entire year.
Despite my account being in good standing with no suspensions, the Indian Seller Support team keeps forwarding my request to a “special team,” yet there has been no response or resolution from them in all this time.
