Urgent VTR Issue - Please Help

Thanks in advance for taking time to read this.

From promise date 4th and 5th April we have had around 450 orders come up on VTR, they are all false. Some of them are international orders which should be exempt from this. The other orders all have tracking showing up even on the report and all tracking numbers are valid, we checked Royal Mail too for this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Seller support have washed their hands off this and same with account health team.

We fear tomorrow it will even grow as it will look at the next time frame.

I do not believe Amazon will even do anything on this?
