Customer states that my product dimensions are incorrect.
I recently received a negative review on one of my products stating that the dimensions on the product are incorrect and it did not fit in their drawer.
I have triple checked my product dimensions and ensured that they are correct. Is there any way to get this review removed since it is incorrect?

I'm just coming across your thread and wanted to jump in and provide some information regarding reviews.
While it can be frustrating to receive negative reviews, they typically cannot be removed as they represent a customer's authentic experience with the product. However, you did the exactly right thing here and made sure the product dimensions were accurate on your detail page. This means that this is likely not going to to be a review that is repeated as most customers will have measured their own areas correctly based on the dimensions your provided.
Again, I know that negative reviews can be frustrating, but we like to see that sellers such as yourself are taking them seriously and ensuring accurate information is on your detail page.
