Account at risk of deactivatind due to IP claim for bundle
Hi, 10 years ago a bundle of authentic x brand was created. It was 5 items of brand x created under y brand as a bundle. It was being sold by multiple sellers. Recently a new seller jumped in and filed IP complaint against everybody. He registered brand Y as trademark in trade registry. He filed IP complaint as counterfeit. I have purchased brand x from authorised distributor. Now my account is at risk of deactivation of this.
Please help, anybody else dealt with case such as this, how to remove this of my account.
Thanks

Your post kind of conflicts itself
You say it was brand x , but branded brand y originally - yet is from an authorised distributor
If this was an authorised branded bundle, why wasn’t the correct Brand used in the first place ?

Unfortunately, realistically there is nothing you can do about it. Amazon have facilitated this by their brand registry process so people have taken advantage of it for their own benefit.
If you approached the correct brand (eg Kiwi), I don’t think they would be particularly interested in pursuing the issue.
I accept that there is unlikely to be a “correct” listing for a bundle of 3 but I suggest that you find the closest correct listing and sell under that. This might be for a single pack.
