Can anayone from amazon or all you kind experts help me please.

I am trying to verify my UK/EU selling account, I am a sole proprietor, I have provided bank statement for address verification which is in my name.

I have all the documents like my passport, Bank account statement, GST tax certificate, Import Export certificate, But still my account has been restricted and not able to complete verification..

I have checked carefully everything the address and name on my bank account it is exactly matching the address on Amazon account, but still they rejected it, i don't know why.

Can someone from the Amazon team or experts help me as what I am doing wrong?

I'm in the process of trying to reactivate my USA account and struggling to do so without any help from Amazon.

Only thing I can think of is having my Business Name as my 'Legal business Name' despite being registered as a Sole Trader/Proprietor

I've noticed with Amazon Canada etc, they say to put your Personal name as the Business name if you're not registered as a business.

Cna someone help please because all of my accounts have been deactivated because of this.

My UK Seller account was working fine for a few months until my USA account was recently deactivated, despite having my Personal Name as my legal Business Name on UK account

I am looking for some advice please as I am tearing my hair our at this one!

Firstly some background: My Ltd Company went bust last April and the Amazon account laid dormant for around a year. I am now looking to start up again on a smaller scale, as a Sole Proprietor. I already have had a HMRC UTR number for many years as I was previously doing self employed tax returns as a director.

Recently I went through the Amazon account transfer process from the old company name into a new trading name and me as the sole proprietor. The new sole proprietor details show on my account information page, however I have a performance notification asking me to provide various proofs.

I have gone through this 4 times now and each time they come back saying the need more information but do not tell me what exactly they need. So far I have provided:

Passport (as a proof if ID)

Bank Statement (as proof of address)

23/24 Tax Return (as a proof of self employment)

Screenshot of 'VAT exemption declared' page (since I won't be due to pay any VAT until I hit £90K of sales)

Has anyone else experienced similar trouble and did you manage to resolve them? Even better if someone from Amazon could help that would be much appreciated :)
