Pricing Rule for International Listings

About 2 weeks ago I decided to change my pricing rule for my international listings from 30% above my primary marketplace to 15%, I made the adjustment in the normal way and as usual it took 4 hours to process the changes. When I went to check what had been changed I saw that absolutely nothing had been changed except that my sales suddenly plummeted. I waited a day or so to see if it was just a matter of waiting for the listings to adjust but they didn’t change and my sales were on the floor. I contacted Seller Support but as usual they were no help at all and just wanted to explain how I could adjust the price through the Global Listings section (so basically they wanted to explain the process I had already used to adjust the prices). Anyone able to help who may have gone through something similar? I really wish I hadn’t changed anything now as the sales were okay prior to the adjustment and now they’re on the floor. In my mind there’s obviously a glitch but after several attempts with Seller Support nothing has changed. Reducing my prices should improve my sales but apparently this isn’t the case on Amazon!

Hello @Seller_29AF2b8VJNr8z,

Are you still seeing a decrease in orders since you last posted this?

Regards, Spencer
