Remeasure Done High FBA Fees Remain

Dealing with Amazon support requires an impossible level of patience. I reached out to them in October regarding two yard signs, one of which was incorrectly listed as weighing 70 pounds instead of 5 pounds. After opening a case for the first sign, the second sign's I had listed with the correct dimensions suddenly increased. Despite receiving an email with the correct dimensions yesterday, my fees remain high and the dimensions unchanged. Amazon support claims their internal team is working on it, but why wasn't the issue resolved when they remeasured my product? This ongoing frustration is incredibly frustrating.

I am currently awaiting the remeasurement and correction of the dimensions for my second sign on my end. In the meantime, Amazon continues to charge me with high FBA fees, prompting me to shut off my card to prevent further charges. It is frustrating that when reaching out to seller support, all I receive are automated generic responses. It seems like their job is quite easy as they simply copy and paste generic responses instead of providing the clarity and assistance I need.

I’m being charged for incorrect fees while I’m waiting on the internal team to correct everything I had to shut my credit card off because I’m being billed for these outrageous shipping fees that aren’t even correct . Support keeps telling me 10 days for the remeasure and I keep telling them I already got the new remeasure fix my fees fix the dimension so I’m not being charged these outrageous fees. I’m currently at a negative balance of $3938.36. Unreal!!!
