Product Detail Page Rules Violation - NO explanation - HELP!
I'm trying to relist an item which I've sold for the last 1 year without any issues (I'm the brand owner). I closed the listing last week as it was out of stock. Now trying to relist the exact same listing...
However under the bullet points now getting an error message which says: Product Detail Page Rules Violation (Inaccurate information on product detail page)
I've tried deleting the bullet point but the error message remains, I've also tried retyping all the bullet points, I've even tried deleting all the bullet points altogether but still getting the error message.
Has anyone experienced this issue before? Seller support not providing much help on this.

Based on the error you're seeing, it looks like one of the product detail page rules might be getting violated. Could you take a look at our guidelines here: Product detail page rules.

Does one of your bullet points reference delivery cost/speed, quality or something specific to you as seller (such as where you are located, customer service etc). If so that is where the violation is remove that part of the bullet point and resubmit.
This normally occurs when there is a reference to something else other than the product itself.
If you don't want to share the ASIN you can share your current bullet points on here so others can take a look
