Read onlyHi,
I was hit with a section 3 on my account around a month ago. The ASIN in relation to the section 3 was bought from UK Health and Beauty provider Superdrug. After waiting 3 weeks to receive my invoice from Superdrug I sent as part of my appeal with all relevant documents, which included; Invoice, Bank statements and Sales history of relevant ASIN to match order.
Amazon are replying to my appeal with 'Cannot accept this invoice as unable to verify that transaction with supplier'.
I will happily jump on a call or video verification to show all relevant docs but the call back request isn't available and only email contact. In which I am receiving no info that will help me with my case other than the reply above.
Any help would be massively appreciated.
Cheers
Amazon in a lot of cases don't seem to accept retail receipts as proof of a valid supply chain.
A seller on this thread states that they had them accepted (not necessarily Superdrug) as long as all the required information is on there. Perhaps they would be willing to advise what amazon are looking for.
You are lucky you are even getting replies.
My account has been deactivated with section 3 , the product i sold 6 months back and got no negative review. Upon providing invoice, brand authorization letter , distributor authorization letter. I am just getting auto generated response .
