Seller Verification - Identity Information Error Invalid documents
Dear Sellers,
I need your help badly here i have got a notification from Amazon verification team for some documents to be uploaded for Identity information i.e Business - Proof of Address and Primary/beneficial owner - proof of address but whenever i upload the documents am getting a error mentioning "We were unable to verify some of your primary contact information " View Comment “Invalid Document” i tried lot i have a same address in documents which is registered on amazon which they are showing me but still am getting this error. Please help me how i can resolve this. I have already mailed to seller verification team and seller support.

Could you provide screen shots of the errors you are getting whilst trying to upload the required documents? Please make sure that you disguise any sensitive information when uploading…
I’m guessing that you are a new seller, and have registered as a ltd company. If so you need to ensure that all documents supplied match up to the information that you entered whilst registering for an amazon seller account. Amazon are extremely strict in how they operate things here, so making sure that addresses of registered offices, and bank statement addresses match up perfectly.
Also you’ll need to be very patient when it comes to getting responses from the Amazon support teams. They are extremely busy right now, and chasing up your support tickets only puts you to the back of the Q (reportedly)
The good news is that you are in the right place for help and guidance. And in all honesty I’m just doing a bit of fact finding before the big guns take a look a this. I’m talking “the little shop” “monkey boy” “retro emporium”…They are like the Marvel hero team of these forums… *think there might be a Jacky1 as well AKA wonder woman…

On your other thread the issue was that you are in Pakistan, a company registered in UK but using your cousins UK address as your warehouse.
You were advised to upload your insurance policy document for your stock as that should have your company name at the warehouse address
The utility bill that you are uploading - what address is it for - your home address in Pakistan, the solicitors where your UK ltd company is registered or the UK address where your stock is ?
