Is there a report showing which of our products has the buy box
We have noticed that some of our products have dropped from the buy box even though our FBA prices are lower that others FBM prices. Is there a report that gives details of which of our products are currently winning the buy box.
Most of our sales go through FBA, but we have had 43 FBM sales in a month and due to an unscheduled hospital appointment I missed marking 2 items dispached until the day after they were dispatched making them 1 day overdue.
So our 10 day defect rate is 4.65% & our 30 day rate is 3.33% & we’re thinking this may be having an effect on our metrics.
All other catagories in account health are showing 0%
Any info appreciated

Its a preference in your inventory lists.
If you’ve only got a few listings its a pretty quick process to scan down your listings.
As for a report, I know there is third party software which will do it.

I dont know if there is a report but it would be a great addition by Amazon to allow sellers to focus on their non buy box goods.
That said, it would actually assist in Amazons goal of driving down prices.
On hindsight, please, don’t suggest it to them.

If you use a repricing system like Xsellco it’s easy to do it in that.

Reports -> Business reports -> Detail page sales and traffic
The “buy box Percentage” column indicates what percentage of page views resulted in you having the buy box. Remember that the buy box is heavily based on the person viewing the page as much as the seller, so someone that’s a business buyer for example will see business sellers in the buy box more frequently, someone could be outside your delivery area but within another sellers, so the buy-box would lean towards the other seller, etc.
