Returns " Performance or quality not adequate"
Customers claim I sent them paper when in fact they have vinyl stickers.
Therefore they want to return with reason " Performance or quality not adequate"
I notice Amazon state (code number 15) that the buyer can bear the cost, which I guess means I can deduct postage costs once received back?
Is that right?

I’ve explained to buyer they have received stickers, and that there is protective backing etc to remove but they don’t want to listen.

That’s correct - Performance or Quality Not Adequate from this point of view is the item did not meet the needs of the customer, but there wasn’t anything actually wrong with the item.
You can deduct the cost of the return label (which I assume is around £3.30) in this instance. Note though if the customer is already annoyed - they are likely to leave neg feedback!
