Feedback removal for sending an item delivered exactly as described

Has anyone had experience getting feedback removed for an item that was delivered exactly as described?

Our listing is for a “10 pack”, meaning the pack contains 10 units. A customer apparently expected to receive 10 × 10 packs (100 units total) and left negative feedback as a result.

The item is a clearance product and already at a very good price, so the customer’s expectation seems unrealistic.

Does anyone have tips for getting feedback like this removed, or would it be better to just respond publicly to clarify?

I can't recall Amazon ever taking one of these down, or seeing any posts from anyone who has, sorry.

Best you can do is just append a comment. Try not to be too sarcastic in it (something I frequently fail at) :)

Type your exact problem to the Help icon on the top right of the seller central account page a response will be generated to you. I had a similar case, and it was resolved. From the menu tab on the top left, go to Performance, from Performance to Feedback Manager, then you will see the ID number of the product; click on it, then you can review feedback and dispute by picking the correct option

Hello @Seller_8juBc2rMZBARd,

I understand the situation with the negative feedback on your listing where the customer expected 100 units instead of the 10-pack described in your listing.

I recommend submitting a feedback removal request through the Feedback Manager in Seller Central. You can access it by going to Performance > Feedback, locating the order, and selecting "Request Removal." The review team will evaluate whether the feedback meets the criteria for removal.

If the removal request is not successful, you also have the option to respond publicly to the feedback to clarify that the listing clearly states "10 pack" and the item was delivered exactly as described. This allows future customers to see your side of the situation. Additionally, if you need further guidance on this, feel free to reach out to our Seller Support team.

Kind regards,

-Josh
