ON TIME DELIVERY RATE

Ive just seen that Your seller-fulfilled offers are at risk of deactivation on my account due to on time delivery rate. Whilst I understand this is a new thing that Amazon have decided to bring in, can somebody please tell me how we can make Royal Mail deliver on time, while is well known that they having a shocking on time delivery rate themselves. Any help would be appreciated.

You'd be expected to increase your shipping times. I'm surprised that Royal Mail is delivering at below 90% on time rate, though.

What is your actual percentage? What shipment types do you use?

Seller_d8YGbIjNqwFxn

They are not actually deactivating offers until next year so you have time to get it above 90%

Mine is lower than I would like at just over 93% but safe from deactivating offers. Royal Mail deliveries are terrible at the moment

You can have your OTDR protected if you using Buy Shipping and SSA.

What suprised me is they are calculating it by unit ordered, rather than per package delivered late,

so for a multi order that arrives late you're penalised more

so I've just opened my app to be presetned with a banner saying my account is at risk of deactivation. Looking into this it turns out that 1 package arrived 1 day latter than Amazon had thought it would. What is this bullying nonsense @amazon . We buy shipping though YOUR system using the service YOU offer and then Royal Mail, as usual, don't deliver on time. why is this seen as being OUR fault and we are THREATEND with account closure. How about showing some respect for the people who bring you all these profits, your hard working third party PARTNERS?

it's all done to push people to buying shipping from Amazon. Right now, amazon (for the same service) is £1.80 more expensive per parcel!

After I changed handling time to 2 days (but sending everyday anyway), my OTDR went from 90% to 96.99% (Using Buy Shipping Royal Mail) . I understand that having automated handling will somehow protect me from this but I can see clearly significant difference. It's like Amazon over-promise delivery time for customers and then penalising seller. Will see how it goes in longer run. Good luck everyone!

I've recently started seeing these 'account deactivation' threats, and trying to get useful assistance from Amazon's 'help' section is an exercise in futility.

The messages are so confusing, - one banner tells me that I'm at risk of deactivation, with a rating of only 3-something percent, with a target of over 90%, while another tells me again that I'm at risk, yet my account health rating is 208, whilst the page states that a rating over 200 is ok?

I've been doing nothing different in the years I've been selling on Amazon with a 100% feedback rating, - I'm beginning to fear the worst.

Changing the handling time sounds promising though, - how do I do this?

Did you manage to change your handling time and did you see your OTDR improve after doing this? I am at the same point at risk of deactivation

same here I send tracked 24 and they’ve said same thing account about to be deactivated but then it flashes and says my account is fine.

I think the AI is taking over

Maybe you could use Evri like Amazon do. According to the BBC they are the best delivery company (sic) although they don't actually deliver anything do they ? More leave it in the rain in the garden or - if you are lucky - leave it on the doorstep. My advice - send everything tracked & signed. If you do not be prepared for endless claims.
