Bank account deleted by Amazon, now I can't assign a bank account
Hello,
For the past month I’ve had the following issue: Amazon has deleted out bank account associated with the Amazon account and each time we reassign it to all the market places it will be deleted in the less than a few hours.
We have not received payments for over a month and it is seriously affecting our business.
We have called Amazon Support so many times that since yesterday the Call function does not even work anymore. The call is ended immediately, no matter the hour or the market.
Has anyone else experienced this problem with calling?
On our many chats and cases we only get the answer that our case has been escalated to the acounting department, but we never receive an answer, not to mention one that actually changes something. We have provided proof that our bank does not have Amazon restrictions, we do not know what to do next.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? How did you solve it?

Hi,
When updating bank details you now need to re-enter the old bank number in full (including IBAN) before you input the new one.
This additional security is to prevent hackers simply changing your bank account details.
