Any thoughts on new Linnworks pricing plan?

So they are now £150 a month, with a limit of 1000 orders (fba order count as a half an order). Next pricing plan is £450. I am just wondering how many people will leave them soon…???

You don’t want to know my thoughts.
What was a £1900 a year fee is now going to be a £5400 yearly fee for the same service I’m already getting (and not a good service at that - have you tried getting hold of them for support on the chat, can take up to an hour to get a response).
If you haven’t already it’s worth joining the Linnworks users facebook group, suggestions on alternatives are already starting to roll in.

I’ve developed my own tool for private use, I guess it depends on your type of business as mine does not rely on stock, everything is made to order, I might make it Public one day but I’d probably charge something like £10 a month if I did ,

Every alternative option is going to have it’s pros and con’s
For those note already on the facebook group it’s worth going to it as a few people are getting demos on some of the options and will report back on there.

I don’t need Linnworks for some extra heavy work. Just sync quantities between ebay-amazon, and maybe print some invoices. As I use RM and DPD I can easily print labels from RM click and drop account (however it is called)/or buy shipping via amazon. £450 a month seems way to much for these basic tasks.

Any user of https://www.1stoporders.co.uk/One_Stop_Order_Processing_Premium.html
???
I am not connected with them, I don’t use them, looks like sensible offer. their top package is £44 a month…

We saw the price increases yesterday and aside from the ridiculous increase in fees, the arrogance of the senior management team at LW astounds me.

We were thinking of leaving anyway, and we’re integrating some other software into our own site which will replicate what LW currently does, all for around £40 per month. So, in a way, LW have done us a favour and forced our hand.

The LW forum is quite feisty at the moment, as are the reviews that are flooding onto Trust Pilot.

Even if LW backtrack on the price rises, for me, the damage has been done and we’re off.

It’s disgusting, £300 extra a month is more than just an increase, its triple what we pay now. Can’t see my MD being okay with keeping Linnworks on at this price. We’re on 3000 orders a month, increasing each month and plan to trial FBA soon. Will have to start looking at alternative seeing as it jumps to £1450 a month if you go over 5000

Take a look at ChannelUnity. Pricing is ok, does the job. System not 100% perfect but is ok.

Hi all, we are using LW and are desperate to know if anyone can recommend something better, we have been with LW for around six years now and with 5000+ orders a week on the site + good sales on the bay we can not and will not pay their 12 pence an order fee, please help :frowning:

I’ve read extensively today on Facebook Groups, Linnworks Forum, Tamebay. I’ve narrowed down my choices to these: Khaos Cloud, Selro, Storefeeder. Prices aren’t bad and the features seem in line with what we already use, and they appear to have a lot more features (that we don’t necessarily need right now).

It appears to me that Linnworks is mainly ostracising it’s High Volume / Low Margin customers, it clearly can’t keep up with the amount of users, as you probably know from constant server errors (especially Monday printing). They must know how many customer’s they will lose based on these new prices, I figure they think, even if they lose 2 thirds of customers, the price increases for remaining customers will more than cover the loss.

However, I don’t see how they’re going to get any new business, especially with the current online reviews. I’d urge everyone to add their own review, I have!
